Return & Refund Policy

Easy returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. The guidelines shown below can help you file a return request via your order page. Whatever you ask, we will try our best to comply. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the recommended method of initial communication.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Item/s will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
  • Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake products unless defective or faulty.

Policies

Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.

After you receive an item, it must be returned within 30 days. Every item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. Customers are required to utilize a shipping method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Non-returnable items:

  • Refunds are not accepted for items on sale.
  • Customer-caused damage or loss is not refundable.

Exchanges

Online order exchanges are not currently available. The original product must be returned for a refund, and the replacement must be purchased separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

If you haven't received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your account again. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Costs

  • Your return charge will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds will only be handled if the items you utilize for a return arrive in our warehouse. If they don't, you'll need to file a dispute with the carrier. For orders that exceed the customs threshold, you can be required to pay a custom duty charge and be subject to importation.

General Return Process

  • Select the products you would like to return or exchange by logging into your account or looking up a prior order.
  • Items that need to be returned can be shipped back using the given return label and the original packing.
  • We'll keep track of the things you're returning to us and notify you when they do.
  • Your returned goods will be examined, processed, and refunded as soon as they arrive back at our warehouse!

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
